Door Speakers
KFC 1631s

Location: behind door lining panel.
Accessing Door Speaker - Drivers Side
Tools Needed:
Philips Screwdrivers Large head & small
Wire cutters / strippers / crimpers
Flat head screwdriver *with insulation tape around the head*
Drivers Side

Remove the clip in the hand rail and remove 7mm screw (keep safe)

Prise the switch cluster upward from the side closest to the dash, and disconnect the plug terminal - keep the cluster out of the way.

Undo the 3 screws at the bottom of the panel

Prise off the door card gently, and the opener surround will pop off, remove this and keep safe. Unclip the connector from door trim to door panel.
5. Door speaker is held in by 4 screws on the plastic surround, and 4 screws to the surround itself.
Passenger Side
as above, but there is a screw under the handle side, behind a cover, and another screw where the window switch is located. You will also need to disconnect the window switch to gain access.
Refitting is the reversal.
