Its been set up as Stage 1 Tuning, then 2 and 3 respectively for ease of understanding what needs to be done, when and why. 
Although as a quick reference guide I have added information found on www.skylineowners.com posted by Bruce-M. Below:

1. ECU - limited to 300Hp
2. AFM - limited to 330Hp
3. Injectors - limited to 330Hp @ 0.85Bar
4. Clutch - limited to 340Hp
5. Turbo - limited to 330Hp @ 0.85Bar
6. Pistons - limited to 500Hp
